Return & Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods, and we will process your return/exchange request. If valid days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
- All items must be returned in the original packaging, returned items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and uncut.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
- A customer can only request a refund in the event of defaults in the delivered item. In that case, the customer will need to provide pictures or videos to support the claim.
Non-returnable items:
Refunds are not considered in the event the customer:
- If the return is due to the buyer’s problem, (such as including but not limited to: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size/ quantity).
- Cancels the order after the purchase has been finalized and paid on the platform. To be eligible for a refund, you must return your order.
If the goods received are damaged or defective
During transportation, accidents can happen. You can rest assured that we are here for you. If you received a damaged item, please report to services@darkhomelight.com within 48 hours of receipt with a photo that shows the damage of your product(s). Please include your order number in the email. We will determine the eligibility of your return/exchange request within 3 working days. Once your request is approved, an email containing the return/exchange address and instructions will be sent to you. Note: We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product due to incorrect use.
Received the wrong product due to our problems
If the return is due to our problems (such as including but not limited to: the wrong product/size/ quantity were sent), please report to services@darkhomelight.com within 48 hours of receipt with a photo that shows the problem of your product(s). Please include your order number in the email. We will process your order within three working days. Once your question is verified, we will compensate you 15% of the value of your order. And the compensation will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-7 business days. Note: We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product due to incorrect use.
RETURN & REFUND PROCESS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the goods. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at services@darkhomelight.com. We will determine the eligibility of your return/exchange request within 3 working days. Once your request is approved, an email containing the return/exchange address and instructions will be sent to you. Please initiate a return/exchange within 7 days after receiving the email. Place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address indicated by our support team. Please do not send it back to the company address. The address will be provided by email after submission.
Please note, shipping and handling charges for your return shall be borne by you. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for all return/exchange handling fees ($10 USD each item) and return/exchange shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Using a trackable shipping service is mandatory - if you do not use a trackable shipping service, we will not be able to proceed with the refund.
REFUNDS
When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-7 business days. Note: Shipping fees (if any) and transaction fees are non-refundable.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after providing a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount – you are responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order. In these situations, we are able to reship the item back to you, but only if you cover the shipping costs. If you have any further questions, please contact services@darkhomelight.com
CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS
We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact us at services@darkhomelight.com to see if a modification can be made.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have already been opened and used
- Items that have no apparent default
